Study Summary

A study found that those with higher scores for dispositional mindfulness had a greater likelihood to have healthy glucose levels compared to those with lower scores.

A systematic review concluded that for people with diabetes, mindfulness-based interventions may decrease blood sugar. It is important to note that this review investigated studies with individuals who had diabetes, so this review is limited by population.
