Study Summary
A study, which estimated brain age using AI, found that poor heart health by 36 years old was predictive of accelerated brain aging later in life. Men were more at risk for brain aging when compared to women.
Previously, research has also found that high blood pressure by 36 may also predict accelerated brain aging later on in life.
