Do you ever stop to realize the sounds of singing birds? Well, if you do, research suggests that you may be doing your mental health a service.

Study Summary

New research, including 295 healthy participants, found that listening to 6 minutes of birdsong reduced levels of anxiety and paranoia.

While this research has its limitations, it can’t do much harm to stop and appreciate some birdsong from time to time.
